Terms of Service

The artist maintains full ownership of every commissioned piece.

Commissioners are PROHIBITED from claiming ownership, altering the artwork without permission, or uploading the piece without watermarks or proper credit. As such, any application of NFT-minting, AI-generation, or any similar technologies is also strictly PROHIBITED.

Personal Usage Rights is the default license granted by the artist. The commissioned artwork may be used for personal display (such as profile icons, banners, credited social posts, or personal prints) but it cannot be used for any profit-generating purposes.

Requests can be declined for any reason at the artist’s discretion.

Only three (3) active slots are offered at a time for each service. Excess requests will be placed on a waitlist until the slots become available again.

Communication is required at all times throughout the process.

Payment may be sent through VGen, or PayPal, in USD. If USD conversion rates are not available on the commissioner’s end, they are expected to convert and remit the appropriate amount based on the artist’s prices.

The artist does not accept non-cash or non-real-currency forms of payment. Clients are encouraged to confirm the artist’s preferred payment method in advance.

All payments are UPFRONT IN FULL through the agreed platform. No progress will be started unless payment is received.

Additional charges (such as complexity fees, rush fees, NDA (privacy) fees, or monetized content licensing fees) may apply depending on the nature of the commission.

Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeline; otherwise, the request may be canceled or postponed. Or a rush/priority fee may be available. Based on the schedule of the artist.

The high-resolution file of the final artwork will only be delivered once the complete balance or remaining payment is settled.

Commissioners may request revisions only during the sketch phase (max. 4). Additional revisions will become extra charges based on complexity.

Once the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments may be allowed. Major changes to composition, pose, or details may not be requested afterward.

Errors made by the artist will always be corrected without any added fees.

The turnaround time for completion will range from days to weeks depending on the artist’s availability, queue length, complexity of the commission, and personal circumstances.

The artist may provide updates whenever possible and notify the commissioner if any delays may occur.

Commissioners may choose to expedite their order by paying a PRIORITY/RUSH FEE/prices and changes may vary, which must be requested through direct message.

Completed artworks are delivered digitally via Google Drive, and can be exported in multiple file formats per request. Each purchase will include a WATERMARKED and NON-WATERMARKED version.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, NOT ownership of the artwork itself.

After full payment, the client may use the artwork for personal purposes (icons, banners, credited posts, or private prints) as long as credit and the watermark remain. Any broader rights must be purchased separately.

The artist reserves the right to feature the commissioned piece in portfolios, posts, or promotional materials unless an NDA(privacy fee) of $100 USD is purchased.

Refunds are no longer possible once the sketch has been approved and paid for.

Should the artist be unable to finish a commission, a refund will be issued accordingly.

Initiating a chargeback will:

Immediately revoke any rights you have to use the artwork.

Grant the artist full authority to resell, reuse, or repurpose the artwork.

Subject you to a public blacklist, with documentation of the violation.

The artist may be reached primarily through Discord (@senkahh) and Instagram or through VGen and Email.

Client feedback/communication should be provided promptly/consistently, especially within early stages, while revisions are expected.

If the commissioner is unresponsive after a week after payment. The commission will be completed and sent as is.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above.
